FRC Integrated Planning: 2025-26 One-Time Funding Opportunity

One-Time Funding Submission Deadline: 11/5/25
We have set aside $300,000 in the budget for one-time funding purchases due to one-time funding that FRC received this year. The intent is to use this funding to support quick purchases that can be ordered by your department and delivered before the end of this academic year in May. Requests that necessitate involvement from other departments are not eligible. Funding authorization will follow a streamlined process: once a request is approved to be funded, the requested funds will be transferred into a specific departmental budget for each department to purchase the items per standard FRC purchasing processes. See "One-time funding opportunity process" and "Purchasing Requirements" guidance documents (below). Cost compared to overall campus impact, feasibility, and improvement of services for student success/retention or impact on department workload will be the three main criteria for funding decisions. Note(s): The "Save my progress and resume later" check box can only be used once per submission. A receipt email will be sent from the machform server (mailer@forms-db.com) and will not have an FRC address.
